An Outreach of Creative Ministries
The Shepherd’s Stores are an outreach of Creative Ministries. Our first store opened in Conyers, Georgia about twenty years ago.
Creative Ministries is a non-profit outreach ministry targeting youth and young men in prison, jail or on the street. Creative ministries evangelists lead about 40 Bible Studies and Church Services in jails across north Georgia. Every year we reach thousands of souls for Christ.
Creative Ministries also has a transitional program to assist men getting out of jail and on the streets. We have a free job bank, give them free clothes and give away thousands of bibles every year.
Our Shepherd’s Store #2 sponsors our food bank for the poor and families of those incarcerated that is open on Wednesday afternoons.
Why the Shepherd's Stores?
There are other thrift stores out there so why support the Shepherd’s Stores? The Shepherd’s Stores and Creative Ministries are dedicated to saving souls. There is no greater purpose than this, and this is the one thing you can do that will last through eternity. The Master said “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.” Matthew 6:19-20 KJV
